Shipping & Delivery

-- Most items will be shipped with UPS or shipped by USPS.
-- Domestic Shipping rates apply to all 48 continuous states
-- AK, HI, PR shipping rates are same as Canada.
-- Items will be shipped 24 hours of payment verification.
-- All international orders may be subject to their customs fees or brokerage fees or duty tax which we do not pay.
-- All buyers must pay for their own customs fees or brokerage fees or duty tax.
-- These fees vary due to price of item and government rate, please contact your government website or shipping company to calculate these fees.

Privacy & Security

-- All the information you provide to Dnamotoring.com when you place an order; such as your name, email address, postal address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. We may use your information to process and fulfill your order, or send you any special promotions. We will never disclose or sell your information to any third party without your written consent for any reason.

-- The text contents, pictures, graphics and designs of this website are owned by DNA Motoring INC. They are protected by applicable copyrights and several intellectual property rights. You are not allowed to use these materials without express written consent of DNA Motoring INC.

Returns & Replacements

There are no returns on item purchases unless:

-- Item is not the actually item. I.E. wrong item shipped or misinterpreted item.
-- Returns are only accepted within 7 business days of receipt of item.
-- Buyers pay for reshipping charges and will not be reimbursed less stated otherwise.
-- If item is defective there may be an exchange but buyers have 14 days to make a claim from date of delivery .
-- All claims for damaged good upon arrival must be reported to their respective shipping companies then reported to us so that we may follow up with the claims.
-- All claims of items must be packaged the same way it was received for inspection by carrier and by us to ensure item was damaged during shipment or item missing during shipment.
-- Items must be in original package with all original contents. Any item with alterations made will make refund/exchange invalid.
-- We reserve the right to invalidate a return or exchange if item does not match guidelines set forth by our policies.
-- Please contact us prior to return for information about how to handle returns.
-- Any other refunds that may be applied are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.

-- All sales are final, items are sold on "As is" basis, no warranty coverage is expressed or implied unless otherwise stated in the product description.

-- Products selling in Dnamotoring.com are solely for auto trade shows, display/off-road vehicles only; unless stated DOT/SAE approved. Public road and highway uses are strictly restricted and prohibited. We are not responsible for any illegal issues that caused by the improper usage of our products. Please be sure to verify with your local/state department/DMV if our products are allowed before placing your order.

-- Products selling in Dnamotoring.com require professional installation. We do not provide any installation instructions and will not responsible for any installation difficulties and problems generated.

-- Products' prices are subjected to change at any time without previous notice. It will not apply to your original order. 8.25% Sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped within California (CA). Tax exemption can be applied to wholesale orders only.

-- Product/website availability is an important part for our order processing procedure and your convenience. We spend enormous effort to ensure our website functions properly and the product availability maintains in high level. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of website and products that we are selling in certain circumstances. When we can not complete your full order (some products you ordered may be temporarily out of stock), we will process and ship the products that are in stock Dnamotoring.com reserves the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason. DNA Motoring INC.'s Limited Liability for negligence will be limited to the total value of the transaction even if Dnamotoring.com has previously advised for any potential losses.
