Pay for Warehouse: Regular Pay for the position is $12 – $13, highly depends on experience and tasks being able to be responsible for, starting from $12 during probation period. The duration of probation also depends on performance, up to 3 months. Starting pay also negotiable if possessing previous advanced related skills. Legitimate taxed income, legal working status required

Preferred Selection: We are looking for someone who can work well in a team set environment who can work well with other and handle situations in an orderly manner. An individual who can work professionally and have a “can do” mind set to get daily tasks done.

Requirement:

  • Must be able to lift 60+ lbs.
  • Be able to do simple mathematics
  • Must able to operate stand up order picker (operate sit down folk-lift is a plus);
  • ***This is a must for we mainly do our order picking from an order picker***
  • Have at least 2 year exp. Warehouse related
  • Able to speak and write English
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Have simple knowledge and understanding of SKU system

Job Schedule: Monday thru Friday – 9:00am – 6:00pm (Hours vary everyday due to workload)

  • Business Intelligence Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Study operations of all functions of the company
  • Design and apply modeling to develop and analyze daily business activities, sales performance, R&D intellectual properties, and transactional information;
  • Incorporate information for analysis, auditing, decision making, policy formulation, and marketing project development
  • Help sales and marketing staff to conduct performance analysis for various digital platforms, social media, online chains and tools
  • Formulate data management processes and strategies
  • Modify and enhance information network to maximize efficiency and reduce management and operations costs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytical science such as information technology, mathematics, statistics or a related major
  • Solid experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence software (e.g. Python, Tableau, SQL) and/or statistical software (e.g. R, SAS).
  • Query building, data validation, and troubleshooting data anomalies
  • Experience designing and analyzing tests that involve pre-post outcomes and control groups
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment where tight deadlines and changing priorities are not uncommon.
  • Experience with demand forecasting and/or financial forecasting.
  • Experience designing and analyzing tests that involve pre-post outcomes and control groups.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytical science such as information technology, mathematics, statistics or a related major
  • Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  • Flexible, analytically curious, and possess a passion for learning
  • Engaging presentation skills with ability to adapt to different audiences

  • Translate transactions and business data into company’s coherent information database about consumer behavior and online sales trends
  • Conduct sales analysis by organizing and studying each web store, platform, channel, item-by-item performance
  • Execute contacts and follow up on potential media leads to enhance market exposure
  • Engage in communications with sales, customers, and accounting staff in making suggestions for marketing plans and budgets
  • Assist the routine re-engineering and adjusting of information and intelligence systems
  • Conduct comparison research and keep abreast of competitors’ activities
  • Develop and execute email and social media campaigns that drive revenue growth
  • Assist in preparing and creating branding designs and registration

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills.  Knowledgeable and proficient in information systems and software
  • Solid training in quantitative test design, customer segmentation, tracking results and interpreting key learnings
  • Able to interact with e-commerce online sales teams to increase customer exposure to products and pricing
  • Self-motivated, pro-active with outgoing and results-oriented personality, displays strong commitment to ultimate goal of overall sales and growing of the company
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively within a team, and across multiple departments and personality types
  • Ability to manage timelines to ensure delivery of accurate, complete, and well-executed projects

Preferred Candidates:

  • Master in marketing/business related major and MBA preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals including product positioning, pricing, market research, and distribution preferred.
