Written Instructions

  • Raise vehicle.
  • Remove 2 bolt from the manifold to the catalytic converter.
  • Remove 3 nuts from the lower section of the manifold then remove.
  • Remove the o2 sensor from the manifold; remove the old dip stick.
  • Loosen all 9 of the nuts from the manifold.
  • Remove the factory gasket; install new supplied one.
  • Install the new header onto the engine; reinstall the 9 nuts.
  • Install new gasket and hardware.
  • Install the connecting pipe from the header to the catalytic converter.
  • Install the last gasket and hardware; tighten the bolts
